SeasonHost country packs are digital operational templates and checklists. They are not legal advice, tax advice, accounting advice or a certificate of compliance with any law or authority.
No warranty of regulatory compliance
You are solely responsible for verifying current law, permits, fiscalisation, e-invoicing and local requirements with qualified advisers in the pack country before acting.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, IvyPay j.d.o.o. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages (including fines, lost profit or business interruption). Total liability for any pack is limited to the price paid for that pack, except where liability cannot be limited.
Digital content & withdrawal (consumers)
If you are a consumer, by ticking the pre-purchase box you expressly consent to delivery by download and/or email after payment (when the pack is made available) and acknowledge loss of the 14-day withdrawal right once the pack has been made available (Directive 2011/83/EU / Croatian Consumer Protection Act). Business (B2B) buyers: consumer withdrawal does not apply.
Governing law
Croatian law; courts in Zagreb, without prejudice to mandatory consumer venue rules.
Delivery
The pack (ZIP, in the language of the selected country) is made available after payment by download on the thank-you page and/or by email from sales@ivypay.biz (backup email usually within 24 hours). No physical shipping.
